This program was established for patients who have been discharged from PT or OT and have need for an ongoing, maintenance-type program. A highly trained therapy tech will take the person through a list of exercises, established by the PT/ OT, to ensure no regression after discharge from therapy. This is also a way to continue to receive the benefits of a continuation of a therapy program at a much discounted price.

Melanie realized there was a need in northeast Louisiana for pelvic floor rehab in 2009. Since then, she has taken numerous continuing education classes focusing on this area, and including the use of biofeedback for retraining the pelvic floor muscles. There are some simple but effective techniques that show immediate results. A thorough evaluation will provide the necessary information for a customized plan of care.
