Aftercare at MMPT

Aftercare at MMPT is designed to help maintain strength and conditioning after you have been discharged from physical therapy. You will work with a trained aftercare specialist, under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, to ensure a safe, productive, and fully customized home exercise program. Each session will be fully documented to keep track of your progress throughout the program.

MMPT will be there to ensure your full recovery even after your insurance benefits have been exhausted.
